Opinion after use of telehealth services in the United States 2021

According to a survey carried out in the United States in 2021, 23 percent of respondents who had experienced a telehealth service reported it was much more effective than they thought it was going to be and a further 21 percent said they prefer remote consultations when possible. However, 41 percent of respondents indicated they accepted telehealth under the circumstances but would still rather go to in person consultations.
