Lung RNA-seq analysis was performed on BLEO-IPF mice at 7-42 days. Pulmonary transcriptome signatures of inflammation and fibrosis in BLEO-IPF mice were comparable to reported data in IPF patients. RNA-seq of poly A-enriched RNA isolated from the lung of BLEO-IPF mice 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, or 42 days after bleomycin administration. Saline-treated mice served as controls.
