Images and GIS from an Archaeological Evaluation at Stratford Road, Beachampton, Buckinghamshire, 2022

This digital archive contains images and GIS from an archaeological evaluation at Land North of Stratford Road, Buckinghamshire. The work was undertaken between late September and early October 2022, by Cotswold Archaeology. A total of 38 trenches were excavated across the 7.5ha site. Archaeological features exposed comprised a ditch and thirteen furrows, all of them concentrated in the north part of the site and associated with the previous agricultural cultivation of the area. A number of other possible features were investigated but all were shown to be the result of either geological variations or biological activity.
