Transcriptomic analysis of mouse brain tissue post treatment by 5-ALA-mediated photodynamic therapy at different timepoints

We report the application of 5-ALA ( 5-Aminolevulinic acid)-mediated photodynamic therapy on mouse brain tissue, and further explored the impact of PDT on nervous system. Examination of transcriptome levels in mouse brain tissue treated with PDT.
