dataset of 8,000 user-generated comments regarding 32 FDA-approved antidepressants was compiled from healthcare social media platforms. The specific antidepressant drug associated to the mentioned by the user. Indicators of body weight alterations were encoded as 1 for weight gain, 2 for weight loss, or 0 in the absence of any reference to weight change.The annotation was performed by ten operators, including two pharmacists, a general practitioner, two pharmacy students and five non-drug experts.
