Info: "Confrontation Assay" and "Droplets" contain alternative solutions based on deep learning. You must install Cellpose via JIPipe (as prompted) to run them. <br> Open JIPipe (via <em>ImageJ &gt; Plugins &gt; JIPipe &gt; JIPipe GUI</em>) Click <em>Project &gt; Open</em> and select the *.jip project file in ProtocolAndData Either click "Run" (top right) or click the green button inside the node of interest to run the whole or a part of the pipeline Opening a result Open JIPipe (via <em>ImageJ &gt; Plugins &gt; JIPipe &gt; JIPipe GUI</em>) Click <em>Project &gt; Open analysis output</em> and select the ProjectAndCache directory Click "<em>Load in new tab</em>"
