This dataset explores the role of microbial inoculation (<i>Bacillus</i> and <i>Trichoderma</i>) in improving soil aggregate stability in saline soils through extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) production. It includes shotgun sequencing data on key genes (<i>waaF/rfaF, waaP/rfaP, vpsI</i>, etc.) and microbial communities (bacterial/fungal) linked to soil stability. Findings reveal significant increases in EPS (exopolysaccharides,protein, uronic acid) and gene abundance, offering insights into microbial-driven saline soil remediation.
