ABTS assay of Bentong Ginger and Kelulut Honey

This document presents the results of an ABTS assay conducted to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of Bentong ginger, Kelulut honey, and their combinations, using Gallic acid as a reference standard. The data, supported by visual microplate images, measures the percentage of inhibition across various concentrations to determine how effectively each sample scavenges free radicals.
