Whole Genome Sequencing of bacterial strains is the ultimate way to characterize and identify isolated strains on the molecular basis. Therefore, in the present project, we will identify the bacterial taxonomic status and genes that mediate plant growth under abiotic stresses. Several beneficial bacteria genes may be critical in enhancing plant growth and productivity. After genome analysis, we may characterize some phytohormone pathways that may facilitate plant development under extreme conditions.
