Comparative analysis of transcriptome profiles reveals organ-dependent (Intestine and Tail) genomic and nongenomic actions of thyroid hormone in Xenopus tropicalis tadpoles

To investigate which genes expression are inhibited in TR double knockout tadpoles under over thyroid hormone condition in each tissue. Overall design: Compare the thyroid hormone target gene expression with or without thyroid hormone receptor in the intestine and tail at stage 54 in anuran amphibian, Xenopus tropicalis.
