Bacillus pseudomycoides CHAES I 2_2 mobile elements screening results

The genome of Bacillus pseudomycoides CHAES I 2_2 was analyzed to identify mobile genetic elements (MGEs) using MobileElementFinder. Analyses were performed in a dedicated Python 3.9 environment with all necessary dependencies, including NCBI BLAST+, installed to ensure accurate sequence alignment.MGE prediction was conducted on the assembled genome using standard parameters and multiple computational threads to optimize performance. The analysis generated tabular and FASTA outputs of predicted MGEs, which were subsequently processed to produce a GFF file for visualization.The GFF file, together with the genome assembly, was used for downstream visualization and annotation in genome browsers such as Artemis, IGV, and Geneious. All analyses were performed following the developer’s recommended settings.
