Analysis of pneumococcal prophage regulator types

Prophage regulators were classified according to whether they matched the Pfam domains Peptidase_S24 (C1-type regulators) or DUF955 (ImmAR-type regulators). These sequences were aligned and used to generate the HMMs that could then be applied to classifying the regulators of other prophage sequences.
