Data for the study of the impact of the production of Colombian Certified Coffee on water

The data of 461 certified and non-certified coffee farms are presented with the values of the water quality indices according to the farm's domestic wastewater treatment system, the coffee processing system, and the management of the by-products of the wet milling process.本数据集收录了461家经认证与未认证的咖啡农场的相关数据，其中包含依据各农场生活污水处理系统、咖啡加工系统以及湿法碾磨工艺（wet milling process）副产物管理情况测算得出的水质指标数值。
