" This dataset contains two categories of biomedical image data for image processing and deep learning research. The simulation data provides paired input and ground truth images for algorithm training and evaluation, with samples labeled as A, D, G, or N categories. The phantom experiment data consists of dual-input images (collagen lipid and lipid channels) paired with corresponding ground truth labels, designed for image reconstruction or synthesis tasks. To use this dataset, organize images according to the provided folder structure: use the input images as model inputs and the corresponding ground truth (gt) or label images as training targets. For the phantom data, both input1 and input2 should be used as model inputs alongside the label images. The data is pre-split into training and testing sets to facilitate straightforward model development and performance evaluation."
