NY Offshore Ichthyoplankton Images

Images of ichthyoplankton specimens to accompany Hadjiargyrou et al., 2025, a DNA barcoding study of marine fish embryos and larvae collected in NY offshore waters between 2021-2023.Images are grouped and zipped by the 96-well PCR plate on which they were analyzed and the associated BOLD (Barcode of Life Data) specimen IDs. The species ID and associated sampling information can be found at NYOS_Barcoding_CTD_Data and are in the accompanying folder.
