This dataset contains experimental fatigue data for high-strength concrete (HPC, mix design RH-1) and ultra-high-strength concrete (UHPC, mix design RU-1), obtained from tests conducted as part of the German Priority Programme SPP 2020. The data are associated with Chapter 2 titled *Material Properties and Fatigue Resistance of the Reference High-strength and Ultra-high-strength Concrete of SPP 2020* by Marco Basaldella, Bianca Kern, Ludger Lohaus, and Nadja Oneschkow, published in the final project book *Cyclic Deterioration of High-Performance Concrete – Reports of the SPP 2020 Experimental-Virtual-Lab* (June 2025). A total of 53 cylindrical specimens of RH-1 and 38 specimens of RU-1 were tested. All specimens had a height-to-diameter ratio of 180/60 mm. Fatigue loading was applied under constant amplitude with a maximum stress level of 0.75, a minimum stress level of 0.05, and a test frequency of 1 Hz, continuing until failure. ## The dataset includes: * Concrete metadata * Specimen metadata including production details, geometry and mechanical properties * Loading parameters and sensor configuration ## For each recorded load cycle, the dataset provides: * Related number of load cycles [-] * Time [s] * Maximum and minimum axial force [kN] * Maximum and minimum axial stress [MPa] * Axial strain at maximum and minimum stress (measured by laser extensometers) [‰] * Stiffness (decreasing branch) [MPa] * Ambient temperature, loading plate temperature, and specimen surface temperature [°C] This dataset offers a consistent and well-documented basis for the validation of numerical models describing the cyclic deterioration of high-performance concrete and supports the experimental framework of the SPP 2020 Experimental-Virtual-Lab.
