VT Data - PSD Fiber

This layer depicts routes for fiber optic cable acquired by the Vermont Telecommunications Authority and now maintained by the State of Vermont. The network consists primarily of owned cables, but some network segments are IRUs. Facilities are maintained by the State of Vermont and are available on an open access basis to all telecommunications providers. The accuracy and precision of the data are unknown and should be used for generalized represention and not for detailed network design.
