Immunomodulatory evaluation of isolates from sungkai leaf (Peronema canescens Jack) ethanol fraction

Three compounds were isolated from sungkai leaf ethanol fraction coded I1, I2, and I3. The isolates were evaluated for their immunomodulatory activity. We found that I2 and I3 acted as immunostimulants meanwhile I1 acted as immunosuppressant. We provide data of their effects on mice total leukocyte count, phagocytosis activity, lymphoid organ index, and carbon clearance rate.从sungkai叶乙醇馏分中分离得到三种化合物，分别编号为I1、I2、I3。对上述分离物的免疫调节活性进行评价，结果显示I2与I3可作为免疫刺激剂，与此同时I1则发挥免疫抑制作用。本数据集提供了这三种化合物对小鼠总白细胞计数、吞噬活性、淋巴器官指数及碳廓清率的相关影响数据。
