Fecal shotgun microbiome P4O2 COVID-19

This data describes the fecal microbiome of long COVID-19 patients 3-6 months after infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. There is no treatment group, and microbial characteristics were related to clinical variables obtained in other parts of the P4O2 COVID-19 study.
