Dataset for HT-collagen-analysis

This dataset contains representative example data for the “HT-collagen-analysis” workflow. The files include example holotomography image data and processed outputs used for visualization and quantitative analysis of collagen architecture. They are provided to support reproducibility of representative analyses and to illustrate the associated data-processing workflow. Full datasets are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
