Dataset related to project: PNRR-MAD-2022-12376178 "The interplay between neuroinflammation and extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis and phenotypic variability of Alzheimer's Disease"

This dataset contains raw data obtained as part of a study on the interplay of neuroinflammation and extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. The dataset includes: raw data obtained from the sequencing of coding and non-coding regions of 36 genes involved in neuroinflammation and vesicle-mediated transport, which are known to be associated with Alzheimer's disease based on published genome-wide association (GWA) studies. Data from 192 subjects are included; 1 .xlsx file containing the concentrations of the 10 inflammatory molecules in 4 brain areas of patients with alzheimer's disease and non-demented subjects; 80 .csv files containing the data obtained from miRNA expression analysis in extracellular vesicles isolated from temporal cortex of subjects with dementia and controls; 1 .csv file containing the data obtained from mRNA expression analysis in temporal cortex of subjects with Alzheimer's disease and controls: 1 .xlsx file containing the concentrations of CSF and plasma biomarkers, including inflammatory moleules, of patients included in the cohort 1; 1 .xlsx file containing the DeltaCq data of miRNA analyzed in plasma extracellular vesicles of patients included in the coort 1 (validation cohort); 1 .xlsx file containing the clinical, neuropsychological and radiological data of patients included in the cohort 2; 1 .xlsx file containing the concentrations of CSF and plasma biomarkers, including inflammatory molecules, of patients included in the cohort 2; 1 .xlsx file containing the DeltaCq data of miRNA analyzed in plasma extracellular vesicles of patients included in the cohort 2; 60 .csv files containing the data obtained from miRNA expression analysis in extracellular vesicles isolated from csf of subjects with AD, MCI, and controls; 60 .csf files containing the data obtained from miRNA expression analysis in extracellular vesicles isolated from plasma of subjects with AD, MCI, and controls (discovery cohort).
