# Capability typologies among public investment project formulators (Cauca, Colombia) — anonymised dataset This record contains the anonymised data supporting the article: Gonzalez Mejia, F.J.; Burbano-Fernández, M.F.; Pineda-Henao, E.F. *Identifying Configurational Typologies of Capabilities among Public Investment Project Formulators Using k-Prototypes: Evidence from Cauca, Colombia*. Social Sciences (MDPI), submitted. ## Files- `Dataset_capability_typologies_Cauca_anonymised.xlsx` — sheets ReadMe, Codebook and Data.- `Dataset_capability_typologies_Cauca_anonymised.csv` — Data sheet in CSV (UTF-8).- `Codebook.csv` — the 29 variables used in the analysis (v01–v29), dimension and original Spanish wording.- `File_S1_R_script.R` — R script for the clustering, validation, multiple correspondence and latent class analyses. ## Data collectionOnline questionnaire applied at an academic event held at the Universidad del Cauca (Popayán, Colombia) in two collection periods (September–November 2013 and July 2017). Participants: social co-managers who managed projects through the Red UNIDOS strategy and students of the postgraduate specialisation in projects of the Universidad del Cauca. Non-probabilistic convenience sample. Participants authorised the processing of their data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, on an anonymous basis and for academic and research purposes only. ## ProcessingThe original 495 records were deduplicated (198 exact duplicates generated when merging the two collections; 9 second submissions by the same respondent), giving n = 288. Names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and free-text job titles were removed; job titles were replaced by a coded occupational role and timestamps were reduced to the year of application.
