4D-DIA-based proteomics analysis reveals changes in expression during palatal development.

Palatal mesenchymal cells play important roles in the formation of palate. A proteomics approach was employed combined with bioinformatics analysis to profile protein changes in mouse embryonic palatal mesenchyme (MEPM) cells during palate development (E13.5-16.5), aiming to elucidate molecular mechanisms. Protein changes were revealed by four-dimensional independent data acquisition (4D-DIA) proteomics.
