Camellia sinensis Transcriptome or Gene expression

The one-year-old tea cuttings were used in this study. Uniform seedlings were pre-cultured until new roots grew.Se was supplied as selenite at the concentration of 0.05mmol/L, with zero selenite concentration as control. Three replicates were performed with 20 seedlings per pot containing 10 L 1/3-strength Hoagland's nutrient solution. The pH value was adjusted to 5.0 every day with 1mM HCl or 1mM NaOH. The solution was aerated continuously and renewed once a week.A month later, Seedlings were harvested.
