Student locations from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction for the 2020-21 school year. Locations have been aggregated to two levels of hexbins for analysis of student broadband connectivity. Any hexbin with a student count of less than 10 has been masked to show a value of 9 to protect student privacy.
