This study involves hromatin immunoprecipitation of Flag-tagged human APOBEC3B protein in T47D cells using Sigma anti-Flag M2 antibody. The aim of this study if to find out APOBEC3B's occupancy across the genome of breast cancer cell model, which will assist the study of the function of the protein and understand its role in tumourigenesis and metastasis.
