资源简介:

Supporting data, reconstructed analysis code, frozen inputs and results for “Specificity controls qualify mammary coexpression correspondence between dogs and humans” by Walter Battistutti. The six-gene panel comprises MPP5/current PALS1, INADL/PATJ, CDH1, TJP1, VIM and SNAI2. The primary mammary analysis uses 64 canine and 111 human matched normal–tumour pairs and compares 15-edge Pearson correlation networks. Delta networks use raw tumour-minus-normal correlation differences. The archive includes sample inventories, pairing records, expression matrices, full-precision edge tables, environment and seed records, exact permutation results, bootstrap distributions, delta uncertainty and disattenuation outputs, dimensionality diagnostics, a 1,000-panel comparator, a severely limited exploratory lung comparator, and an exploratory adipocyte-proxy sensitivity analysis. Negative, degenerate and inadmissible results are retained. The lung comparator has only three canine pairs and does not establish tissue specificity. This version preserves the original scientific inputs, scripts and numerical results and adds a corrected PALS1 annotation: the correct human identifier is ENSG00000072415. No expression values, selected features or numerical results were changed during this packaging update. Historical records and annotation verification sources are retained. The README provides reproduction instructions, limitations and source attribution. A file inventory and SHA-256 checksums support integrity checking. Locally dated analysis locks are not independent preregistration.
