smFRET Raw Data and Analysis Scripts for "Antibiotic-Specific Conformational Landscapes of a Multidrug Transporter"

This repository contains the original smFRET experimental recordings (converted from .spc to .h5) of the smFRET data presented in the manuscript "Antibiotic-Specific Conformational Landscapes of a Multidrug Transporter". Each figure can be re-generated from the provided Jupyter notebooks from the original experimental data. Please refer to `figure_provenance.xlsx` for an overview of figures and its associated experimental data as well as Jupyter notebooks.
