Comparing distribution of harbour porpoises (Phocoena phocoena) derived from satellite telemetry and passive acoustic monitoring

Data used for publication in Plos One. Two excel files. The satellite_filtered_data is the filtered satellite positions used for MaxEnt modelling in R. The CPOD_data_PPH is the raw C-POD data expressed here as porpoises positive hours (PPH) and can easily be converted to porpoise positive days (PPD).
