资源简介:
Dataset of the manuscript tilted "Changes in saddle setback and intensity affect comfort and lower limb kinematics in recreational cyclists". This study examined how saddle setback, pedaling intensity, and sex affect comfort, perceived exertion, and lower limb kinematics in recreational cyclists. A rearward saddle position increased joint extension and reduced hip motion, especially at higher intensities, while decreasing comfort. Perceived exertion rose only with higher intensity. A new equation for saddle setback adjustment based on cyclist morphology was also developed.
