Nomogram for predicting the risk of anemia in patients with sepsis: a multi-center, retrospective model construction and validation study

We aimed to describe the relationship between the reduction in hemoglobin concentration and pathophysiological indicators in order to develop a nomograph model of anemia risk for Chinese Han patients with sepsis. Our dataset includes the raw data of all enrolled patients (training set, internal validation set and external validation set; sample size calculation and parameter screening, model establishment and validation instruction codes).本研究旨在阐明血红蛋白浓度下降与病理生理指标间的关联，进而为中国汉族脓毒症患者构建贫血风险列线图（nomograph）模型。本数据集涵盖全部入组患者的原始数据，包含训练集、内部验证集与外部验证集，以及用于样本量计算、参数筛选、模型构建及验证的指令代码。
