Study aims to perform whole genome sequencing and phylogenetic characterisation of a collection of ciprofloxacin resistant Shigella sonnei isolated from travellers returning from the Indian subcontinent. This is to explore the origins of a growing international epidemic. These data are part of a pre-publication release.
