Breathable thermal insulation panel with fire protection

The solution concerns the composition of insulating surface panels for load-bearing and non-load-bearing building structures with integrated fire protection. The base of the thermal insulation panel is formed by a thermal insulation core (4)， which is covered on both sides with a glued nanofibre membrane (3) made of polymer nanofibers with a geopolymer layer (1) on both sides with a specific weight from 300 kg mto 1，000 kg min a layer from 5 to 15 mm. At least one fabric (2) of basalt， glass or carbon microfibers with a mesh size of 10 to 30 mm is fixed between the nanofiber membrane (3) and the geopolymer layer (1) on at least one side of the thermal insulation panel. The thermal insulation core (4) comprises a compressed and hardened mixture consisting of 5% to 70% by weight of cereal chaff， 5% to 70% by weight of polyurethane particles and 5% to 45% by weight of a one-component moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive.
