In order to explore the molecular mechanism of SJMHE1 intervention in allergic rhinitis, an OVA-induced allergic rhinitis model was established and intervened by subcutaneous injection of PBS and SJMHE1. Then a global RNA sequencing of mouse spleen B cells from the control, PBS, and SJMHE1 groups were performed. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of of mouse spleen B cells from the control, PBS, and SJMHE1 groups.
