Cortical Folding Motif Deformation Fields (HCP-YA)

This dataset provides deformation fields mapping individual cortical surfaces from the HCP-YA cohort to the MSM-HT template space, accompanied by the corresponding GitHub Code. The individual surfaces are assumed to be pre-aligned to the fs_LR sulcal template space using rigid rotation. This repository includes Deformation spheres mapping each individual from native space to lobe-specific template spaces (frontal, parieto-occipital, and temporal lobes), and Combined deformation spheres that iteratively align all lobes to their corresponding folding motifs, integrating deformations across three lobes. The suffix temporal3 comes from an iterative process: frontal1 -> parietal1 -> temporal1 -> frontal2 -> parietal2 -> temporal2 -> frontal3 -> parietal3 -> temporal3.
