Proteome database of Enterobacter lignolyticus strain SCF1

<i>Enterobacter lignolyticus</i> is a pathogenic bacterium commonly found in soil, water and sewage. Resistant to disinfectants and antimicrobial agents, the bacterium is of increasing concern. This work presents the proteome database of <i>E. lignolyticus</i> SCF1 by parsing its annotated proteome from UniProt. Comprising protein name, amino acid sequence, number of residues, molecular weight, and nucleotide sequence, the resource should find use in functional genomics studies seeking to understand the pathogenesis mechanism in this bacterium.
