The data from this experiment forms part of a larger study to examine the venom of endemic Australian sea-anemones to discover novel toxins that may have potential for development into pharmaceuticals. Read naming convention is as follows; species abbreviation: the number designated to the individual: the tissue the reads pertain to. Tissue from two individuals was collected and preserved in RNAlater as follows; tentacles (Osp10T, Osp11T), mesenterial filaments & gametes (OSP10MGa), frill & acrorhagi (OSP11FA) was collected from. Sequencing - Illumina NGS – HiSeq 4000 (v04 HCS 3.3.52), 100bp paired-end, PolyA enriched, double barcoded, adapters not trimmed. Tissue collected when venom expression would be highest in the animals.
