Partial Genome Assembly of Beet Chlorosis Virus Readthrough Domain (RTD) Gene Obtained by Sanger Sequencing

This dataset features partial genome sequences of Beet Chlorosis Virus isolates collected from various regions across the Czech Republic. The sequences, generated using Sanger sequencing, include coverage of the Readthrough Domain (RTD) gene, though, for some isolates, this region may be incomplete.
