Transcriptome analysis of waterlogging tolerant and susceptible onion genotypes

Waterlogging severely limits onion production world-wide and give serious yield penalty. Previously, based on morpho-physio and biochemical parameters we reported Acc. 1666 as tolerant and W344 as suspectable onion genotype for waterlogging stress. Present study was performed for transcriptome profiling of these contrasting genotype for waterlogging stress tolerance.
