B cell activation involves a detailed investigation of B cell responses to various stimuli, such as BCR and TLR pathways, through RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and ATAC-seq. This study reveals how immune-mediated disease (IMD)-associated genes respond to activation, identifies key transcription factors, and highlights a lupus risk variant involved in TNFSF4 regulation. Data are accessible through an interactive browser to explore gene regulation and B cell differentiation.
