We performed whole-exome sequencing of liver tumor samples obtained from liver-specific PTEN KO mice and PTEN/SCAP DKO mice. We compared the mutational profiles between liver tumors developed in 1-year-old PTEN KO mice and 7-month-old PTEN/SCAP DKO mice. DNA from spleen of each strain was used as a normal control.
