Iron nanoparticles defensive response against lead stress in Nicotiana tabacum

This project contains RNA-seq data from leaf tissue of two tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) varieties to analyse the iron nanoparticles mediated defensive response in lead (Pb) stressed tobaaco. The study aims to identify the differentially expressed genes involved in defensive mechanism against lead.
