Dying at the right place? Evidence for summit disease and microclimatic optimization by a spider-parasitic fungus

This repository contains the datasets and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript "Dying at the right place? Evidence for summit disease and microclimatic optimization by a spider-parasitic fungus." The repository includes data and code for (i) spatial displacement analysis, (ii) light conditions at spider death locations, and (iii) the effect of death location on fungal conidiophore preservation. All scripts reproduce the statistical analyses reported in the manuscript.
