Mail and parcel observatory

The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques, des Postes et de la Distribution de la Presse (Arcep) publishes online chronicles of the activity indicators of postal operators authorised by Arcep and parcel operators. This aggregated information (whole market) is derived from surveys of operators reported under Article L.3 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code and parcel operators following Regulation 2018/644 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cross-border parcel delivery services.
