资源简介:
Inspire harmonised dataset of the WFD River Basin Districts. In the Water Framework Directive, a river basin district is an important reporting unit. The WFD definition of river basin district is: the area of land and sea formed by one or more adjacent river basins with their associated groundwaters and coastal waters, defined as the main river basin management unit in accordance with Article 3(1). This stock gives the boundaries of the four river basin districts used by the Netherlands: Ems (NLEM), Rhine (NLRN), Maas (NLMS) and Scheldt (NLSC). Named after the four great rivers that flow into our country. The classification of river basin districts is also used as a reporting unit for the Flood Risk Directive. The external border of the river basin district boundaries is on the land side on the land border of Kadaster and on the sea side on the 1-nautical-mile line of the Hydrography Service of the Ministry of Defence.
