Car parks in Rennes Métropole

This layer locates the car parks referenced by the Urban Mobility Service (SMU) and the Road Directorate on the territory of Rennes Métropole. Among the attributes describing car parks: \- name_track = name of nearest track; \- name = name of car park; \- code_insee = insee of the municipality concerned by the car park; \- type = type of parking – among the possible values: => underground parking => parking on slab => relay park => carpool car park => usual parking (all other car parks) \- domain = owner of the car park; \- nb_pl = number of places; \- Paid = Paid (yes/no); \- handicap = presence of at least one disabled place (yes/no). In 2023, car parks were analysed to comply with the requirements of the Climate and Resilience Act (2021) applied to heavy constructions or renovations and the Acceleration Act EnR (2023) applied to existing buildings and parks. The result of this analysis is given in the following attributes: \- final project: project envisaged following the application of the decision tree to find the best compromise between the issues of energy production, biodiversity conservation and the water cycle, the fight against urban heat islands and the preservation of land reserves; \- slice_icu: temperature differential band modelled at night between city and countryside, due to the phenomenon of Urban Heat Ilot (ICU); \- potential_photovoltaic: tranche of photovoltaic potential estimated as part of the study conducted by the Audiar; \- audiar_score_simple: scoring established by the Audiar, on a scale of 1 to 10, situating the photovoltaic potential from least interesting to most interesting on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis (area available, sunshine, connection distance, presence of trees or candelabres, urban planning constraints...). The project is considered interesting from a score of 5; \- planning: prioritisation of realisation of the project then followed (realised/abandoned).
