Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - 2D Annotated Floor Plans - Case 11PHHA5H

This data package comprises 2D annotated floor plan and orthographic drawing documentation of a public high-rise building flat in Hong Kong. The research project record designates this flat interior as “Case 11PHHA5H”. The drawings were developed as part of the Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) workflow, following a LiDAR scan of the flat interior conducted through a 12-minute walk-through using a Leica-brand BLK2Go 3D environment scanner. The drawings provide a detailed description of the layout, furniture arrangement, fixed fittings, movable items, and spatial organisation within the interior of the public high-rise apartment. The data supports the interpretation of housing conditions in super-tall and super-dense housing units, including spatial utilisation and user contents. Access to the data is granted only after a one-year period of restriction to ensure the protection of individuals’ personal information. The data is provided for future research examining housing behaviour in connection to spatial use.本数据集包含香港某公共高层住宅单元的带标注二维平面图及正射绘图文档。本研究项目将该住宅内部空间标识为"Case 11PHHA5H"。该绘图为体积行为分析（Volumetric Behaviour Analysis, VBA）流程的组成部分，其制作基于对该住宅内部的激光雷达（LiDAR）扫描工作：本次扫描通过12分钟的室内步行采集流程完成，使用徕卡（Leica）品牌BLK2Go三维环境扫描仪。 该绘图详细记录了该公共高层住宅内部的空间布局、家具陈设、固定设施、可移动物品及空间组织形式。本数据集可用于解读超高层超密集住宅单元的居住状况，涵盖空间利用率与住户物品配置情况。为保护个人信息，本数据集设置为期一年的限制访问期，期满后方可获取使用。本数据集旨在为未来开展与空间使用相关的居住行为研究提供支撑。
