Identification of novel gene expression programs in thrombin-stimulated hepatic stellate cells

Transcriptional alterations of cultured hepatic stellate cells following 4, 24, or 48h control- or thrombin-stimulation were determined using RNA Sequencing. Illumina NovaSeq PE150 was used for sequencing.
