To better understand the gene expression changes happened during the IFNg induced STIV infected cells death,Pelodiscus sinensis STA cells in1 mL medium were seeded into12well cell culture plate and allowed to grow confluently,before being treated with or without rIFN for 48h (IFNg group and ctrl group) at the final concentration of 100 ng/mL.Then cells treated with or without rIFN were infected or mock-infected with 0.5 MOI STIV. At 48h later,cells in each group (named as Ctrl, IFNg, CtrlSTIV,IFNgSTIV) were collected and for subsequent transcriptional library construction and sequencing.
