Raw data for pairwise and three-way drug combinations pertaining to all figures

In this study, we treated phylogenetically diverse Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical strains to 65 unique drug combinations in two different host-like <i>in vitro</i> conditions. We observed a broad range of drug response phenotypes across the strains, with the most effective drug combinations varying greatly by strain and metabolic condition.
